The need for collaboration of academia and Tourism industry has risen with the rise in inflow and outflow of tourist, not only domestic but international. This in turn has given a thrust to trained manpower for this service industry, as the tourist expectation is high on carrying back the best experience. It should be the aim of human resource to generate experiences providing a lasting impression. Hence, it has become mandatory to train the industry personnel on regular basis and also create skilled man power from the institutes.
