In light of the growing emphasis on fostering entrepreneurship, this study explores key determinants of entrepreneurial inclination in hospitality and tourism education, focusing on hospitality and tourism university students. Data were collected via a quantitative approach from 238 students through structured questionnaires and analyzed via regression analysis. The findings indicate that attitudes toward entrepreneurship significantly predict entrepreneurial inclination, explaining 61.9% of the variance, while diverse learning environments and subjective norms contribute 50.6% and 37.9%, respectively. These results underscore the critical importance of fostering entrepreneurial attitudes and supportive ecosystems within hospitality and tourism education. The study highlights the relevance of entrepreneurship in food service, where innovation and entrepreneurial skills are vital for addressing industry challenges, driving sustainability, and meeting evolving consumer demands. Practical insights are offered for educators and policymakers to design programs that inspire and prepare students to launch ventures and contribute meaningfully to the hospitality and tourism industry.
