In the period of fierce market competition, relations between employees and employers have moved to a paradigm that involves not only the company’s choice of an employee, but also the employees’ choice of a place of work. This trend creates the need to increase the attractiveness of the company, both for applicants and for specialists already working in it. However, often the methods of personnel motivation give the opposite effect - demotivation, in which the company ceases to be attractive to potential candidates, and its employees lose interest in working in it.
