This systematic review investigates the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction, Accessibility, and Autonomous Vehicles by analyzing studies published between 2015 and 2025.A total of 32 studies were identified following Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses guideline, a systematic screening process, across four academic databases, ACM Digital Library, Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and Web of Science. The subsequent qualitative coding process included the categories vehicle autonomy, target group, user tasks, input interaction mode, output feedback mode, and the usage-centered evaluation method. The results show that the research studies focus mainly on elderly people and people with visual restrictions. The majority of studies applied exploratory evaluation methods such as interviews, focus groups, surveys, or workshops.
