Abstract

Im Kontext von Stadt- und Regionalentwicklung steht eine Renaissance strategischer Planung (P. Healey et al. 1997; W. Salet/ A. Faludi 2000; J. Friedmann 2004) außer Zweifel. Dies machen parallele Entwicklungen in Theorie und Praxis deutlich. Europäische Städte und Regionen befassen sich in jüngster Zeit wieder mehr mit methodischen und prozessualen Fragen strategischer Planung.
