This paper tackles the relationship between Thomas Kuhn and psychology by establishing three directions: a) the use by the author of certain conceptions of psychology; b) the suggestion of a perspective of analysis of science with a psychological orientation; c) the historical and epis temological interpretation of psychology. This work focuses on this latter aspect and considers Kuhn’s ideas to have fulfilled its cycle; therefore, it is necessary to develop new historiographic perspectives providing psychology with a new image as a science and as a profession. The devel opment of the field of study about Science, Technology and Society can positively contribute to the renewal of the history of psychology.
