Jury Decision Making Processes Judicial and Constitutional Studies Hong Kong and Taiwan Politics

Abstract

This book is based on the findings of a research on the jury system in HK. The issues addressed include: the comprehension of HK jury, its representativeness, and the political significance of its existence (especially in the light of 1997).
