Abstract

What are we doing when we speak? how children acquire speech toward a definition of mother tongue who are these children we call deaf? deaf children's access to speech and their right to a mother tongue opening a bilingual kindergarten class for deaf children stages the children went through as they entered into speech deaf and literate.
