Abstract

Presents a conceptual reconstruction of behaviorism, elaborating on what it means for psychology to be empirical and objective. Part 1 discusses how this premise develops into behaviorist views on the structure of science, Part 2 looks at the background theory of behaviorism, and Part 3 describes the behaviorist attempts to deal with mental concepts in a scientific way.
