Abstract

I’ve always felt a bit cynical about reviewing a book in a journal of which the author is the editor. So when one of the associate editors of CTR asked me to review editor Alan Filewod’s book, I thought, the biter bit. This review represents my honest opinion, without tailoring for the journal or the editor.
