Abstract

Dyskryminacja i nierówne traktowanie jako zjawisko społeczno-kulturowe Discrimination and unequal treatment as a socio-cultural phenomenon:The article depicts discrimination and unequal treatment from a socio-cultural perspective.Authors adduce various definitions of discrimination, describe its manifestations and implications, as well as preventive measures.Moreover, the article attempts to relate and examine a notion of discrimination against a background of other sociological, philosophical and legal notions.
