In today's rapidly evolving global business environment, cultivating responsible managers and leaders is not only a strategic advantage but a societal imperative. This chapter examines how structured internships and vocational partnerships in the hospitality and tourism industry of Thailand contribute to the development of socially responsible future leaders. Drawing on a case study grounded in empirical research based on the Tourism Education Futures Initiative (TEFI) framework, the research investigates the values emphasized by industry trainers and how these values are transmitted during internship experiences. The chapter explores the alignment between educational curricula and workplace training practices and proposes recommendations for enhancing collaboration between universities and industry. Findings offer insights into how internship programs can become a transformative mechanism for embedding sustainability, ethics, and professionalism into management development.
