The Provincial Museum of Southeast Sulawesi houses a collection of ceramics that reflect the cultural heritage and history of its people. This study aims to analyze the management and display of ceramic collections in the museum and propose a development model for the ceramic exhibition space. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the current management of the ceramic display lacks informativeness, with static presentation and minimal historical narrative. The proposed development model includes enhancements in visual presentation, the addition of more informative labels, and the use of interactive technology to increase visitor engagement. These efforts are expected to boost public interest in the ceramic collection and enhance the museum’s educational role.
