Abstract. Multigenerational diversity presents both a challenge and a strategic opportunity for organizations. Differences in characteristics, background, mindset, and communication style across Generation X, Y, and Z can trigger conflict and miscommunication within an organization. When managed properly, however, this diversity can strengthen collaboration, boost productivity, and encourage creativity through more flexible and inclusive communication patterns. This study aims to examine the influence of multigenerational differences on organizational communication patterns, as well as the varying effects of Generation X, Y, and Z on organizational communication as a whole at Youre.at. The research applies a descriptive and verificative method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The sample consisted of 35 employees, selected using saturated sampling. Hypotheses were tested using simple linear regression, one-way ANOVA, T- test and R-squared with data processed in SPSS version 25. The results show that Generation X and Y demonstrate strong communication skills, coordination, and understanding of task division, while Generation Z falls into the fairly good category. Multigenerational diversity has a significant positive effect on organizational communication patterns. A significant difference exists between generations, with the sharpest contrast found between Generation X and Generation Z. Abstrak.
