Abstract: The author shares how she became acquainted with the Individual Psychology of Alfred Adler during her medical training and research. She notes who her mentors were over the years and shares her journey through Adler’s original writings as she edited The Study Edition, Volume 3 , of Adler’s writings. The article also details her development of analytic Individual Psychology and her collaboration with the special issue editors.
