The concept of practice is used in different meanings and contexts. This chapter focuses on religious practice. It explains a measurement method for the investigation of the relevance of religious beliefs in daily life. The chapter discusses three main topics: (i) psychological model of religiosity; (ii) measurement of the centrality of the religious construct-system; and (iii) two examples of applications of the model and its operationalisation. The first example depicts that religious beliefs have a high and consistent self-reported influence on diverse areas of life such as family, career and sexuality only if the religious construct-system is in a central position, both in theological and non-theological students. The second example reveals that the specific religious content experience of a forgiving God substantially correlates the willingness to forgive other people only in subjects with central religious construct-system.Keywords: psychological model of religiosity; religious beliefs; religious construct-system; religious practice
