NIH Public Access Policy: Toward building an international GenBank of reviewed papers

Abstract

National Institutes of Health (NIH) の資金によって得られた研究成果を査読付き論文として発表する場合には、研究者は最終原稿電子版を論文が公表されてから１年以内にNIHに送付することが義務付けられることになった．このNIHの方針が生まれた背景を解説するとともに、公的資金を受けた研究論文のレポジトリー・データベース化を目指すための必要事項を検討した．
