Difficulties observed within the framework of workshops of praxeology lead to a conclusion : the practitioners who try to apply Argyris and Scho'n's ideas are confronted with a change of paradigm. Three difficulties which meet these practitioners are illustrated and analyzed : proceed with the action, to name the intentions and autoregulate in the action. Proposed interpretation is that the participants live a conflict between two paradigms indicated respectively as paradigm of the expertise and paradigm of the uncertainty. When the indications of ineffectiveness appear, during the dialogue, the actor who acts according to the paradigm of the expertise tries to reduce uncertainty connected with the peculiarities of the situation by means of approved knowledge. The actor who acts according to the paradigm of the uncertainty uses the peculiarities of the situation to autoregulate in the action. A method of work is proposed to resolve these difficulties.
