Abstract

Die Altersgrenzen sind in Fluß gekommen. Es entstehen neue Formen des Ausscheidens aus dem Erwerbsleben. Vorruhestand und gleitender Übergang in den Ruhestand sind die empirischen Sachverhalte, die wir im vorliegenden Beitrag darstellen und an denen wir allgemeinere Fragen der betrieblichen und biographischen Bedeutung von Altersgrenzen erörtern.
