The discoveries at Qumran have yielded several other writings that either mention or contain material that is in some way related to, or of relevance to, the biblical book of Daniel. This new material, none of which was known previously known to scholars, bears powerful testimony to several traditions related to Daniel among at least some Jews in the last century BCE and the first century CE. This chapter treats the seventeen scrolls, which among them represent a total of eight compositions, in three distinct sections. It offers a brief treatment of the eight manuscripts of the biblical book that were found at Qumran. The chapter provides more extended coverage of the nine non-biblical scrolls, including transcriptions, translations, and extended discussion of the two most relevant compositions. It contains concluding comments on several issues that arise from study of these seventeen manuscripts. Keywords: book of Daniel; Jews; non-biblical scrolls; Qumran
