PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN SIETEM REWARD TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA LINGKUNGAN SEKRETARIAT DAERAH PROVINSI SUMATERA BARAT

Abstract

This research of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture and reward system for Employee Job Satisfaction in the neighborhood of West Sumatra Province Secretariat. This study uses primary data from 80 respondents, with a multiple linear regression analysts.The results addressed that variable Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Reward Systems has a positive influence on employee job satisfaction which the findings of this study support other research that applied to corporate and public sectorThus the practical and theoretical implications of the results of this study, is that the independent variables studied are very important in improving job satisfaction, and thus Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and sisem Reward should be improved .
