IMPACT OF ORGANISATIONAL CLIMATE ON JOB SATISFACTION OF DOCTORS IN HOSPITALS OF ANDHRA PRADESH INDIA

Abstract

Organisational Climate has profound impact on the working of the employees in the organisation.It is discussed lot of times that congenial climate create congenial working conditions and that influences the job satisfaction of the employees in the organisations.The organisational climate of the service industry is different from the manufacturing industry and especially in case of a hospital as the end product is curing of the disease of the patient,the entire organisation should work with dedication and care.The employees of an hospital are not different from that of the employees of other types of organisation.There are factors that influence their job satisfaction also.It was found that non-monetary aspects of organisational climate are having strong impact of the job satisfaction of the doctors in government as well as private hospitals in Andhra Pradesh of India.
