Abstract

Auf der Grundlage der Leistungs- (n ach) und Gesellungs- (n aff) Motivationsskalen des EPPS von Edwards (1959) werden zwei deutsche Skalen entwickelt, itemanalysiert und auf Stabilität überprüft, sowie erste Ansätze zu einer Validierung vorgestellt. Zusätzlich erfolgt eine faktorenanalytische Überprüfung der Dimensionalität jeder Skala, die jeweils zwei Faktoren erbringt.
