Abstract

This is the first systematic approach to the use of Gestalt psychology in the psychopathology of perception in relation to psychoses and neuroses, Dr. Bender has developed a clinically useful test not only of what the individual perceives but the purpose of the perceptions.With 65 illustrations and lucid statements, Dr. Bender presents a wealth of interesting results which open an important new chapter in differential diagnosis and the fundamental problems of deveIopment.
