This paper presents a case study of organizational‐level spirituality. Using quotations from executives in a large, multi‐state, faith‐based healthcare organization, it portrays how one organization understands corporate‐level spirituality and what structures, processes, norms and behaviors they see as necessary to embed and support its culture. Interviews also suggest areas of struggle and difficulty. Results are then compared with a normative model of organizational level variables generated by a cohort of interdisciplinary faculty. Finally, comparison with data from another investigative study suggests aspects of this particular organization’s culture that may be more prominent because of the founding faith tradition of the organization.
