Abstract

Mean observed correlations and mean correlations corrected for artifacts varied according to the Ohio State instrument analyzed, whether Consideration (CN) or Initiating Structure (IS) was the variable of choice, and the type of leader effectiveness criterion used. Situational specificity was found for most analyses.
