Abstract

The authors in this study have approached the organistion of human resources in the hotel industry from the theoretical system viewpoint, defining the beancg and functioning of human resources as a segment in the functioning of a company, service, quality and development of tourist possibilities. The planning process of specific planning of human potentials within every company. The point of importan of this study are: the planning of human resources, permanent education, skills, improvement and qualification on the croatian hotel industry.
