The Absolute Reliability of Evaluation

Abstract

根拠ある理学療法の確立のため，近年，理学療法評価法の信頼性を検討する報告が多くなっている．信頼性の検討方法には相対信頼性を用いるものと絶対信頼性を用いるものがある．理学療法評価法の信頼性の検討の多くは前者であるが，評価方法を臨床応用する場合，後者は前者に比べて多くの有益な情報を与えてくれる．本稿では誤差の種類について概説した後，絶対信頼性の検討方法であるBland-Altman分析及び最小可検変化量について説明する．
