Abstract

In this article Carol Bellamy UN Childrens Fund Executive Director (UNICEF) calls for investment in children to promote economic growth and stability. She discusses how to foster such investment and place children at the top of the worlds agenda. She also mentions a series of international conferences that provide a framework to a successful approach regarding the issue.
