Abstract

Since entering into 21st century,the vocational education in our country has been developing quickly and the exploration on the curriculum reform in vocational colleges has been active,among which the competency-based education has had a great influence on the tourism specialty.It is the basic aim of the curriculum reform to develop effectively the competency-based curriculum and adopt the teaching model to carry out the competency-based curriculum so that the teaching content and teaching model can meet the demands of enterprises.The thesis takes the Tourism Management Specialty of Qingdao Technical College as an example to do some explorations in this field.
