Abstract

By using the method of questionnaire, mathematical s tatistics, this paper makes an investigation on current situation of sports cons umption for residents in Chongqing. The result shows that residents in Chongqing take part in sports activity spontaneously, their consumption focuses on materi al consumption. There is different feature of consumption for residents at diffe rent age and attitude. Consumption concept, economic condition and leisure time are the main factors to influence sports consumption of residents in Chongqing.
