With the rapid growth of system-thinking science, the systematic approaches such as Concurrent Engineering (CE) have been widely applied to innovation activities. The Living Lab is one kind of CE methodologies and plays an essential role of sketching open innovation applications. In this paper, we present a novel Living Labs Analysis Model (LLAM) capable of enhancing strategic benefits on designing and evaluating Living Labs Systems. Based on the concepts of CE, Human-centric Design, and Uncertainty Management, the proposed LLAM scheme is composed of three module units: Principle, Process, and Signposts. In conjunction with steady tools, like QFD, Delphi, and etc, the LLAM provides a systematic reference model useful for all Living Labs projects to efficiently design their plans, as well as to practically evaluate the performance of their systems.
