International Development and Aid Public Administration in Developing Nations Community and Sustainable Development

Abstract

There is no standard set of principles or techniques for applying ID in the third world. Buyck (1991) suggests that ‘the state of the art and the lessons of experience are only slowly emerging, especially in areas like public sector management’. 1 An operational framework must be established. This second chapter therefore seeks to identify the operational parameters of institutional development. It considers three topics: PROJECTS TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TRAINING. These keywords were added by machine and not by the authors. This process is experimental and the keywords may be updated as the learning algorithm improves.
