Entrepreneurship Studies and Influences Leadership and Management in Organizations Employee Performance and Leadership

Abstract

This study has been prepared to determine the characteristics of entrepreneur of people from Kayseri. The investigation has been studied on a sample of entrepreneuer (150) who is elected with random sampling method. The data has been gathered by a questionnaire form. Further more a factor analysis has been utilizied in order to evaluate survey data. A result of this research, it has been determined five meaningful factors. These are democratic leadership characteristics, managerial leadership characterisrics, devolution of authorithy leadership characteristics, laisses-faire leadership characteristics and carismatic leadership characteristics. We suppose that these factors will be use further research to determine leadership characteristics
