PENGARUH MANAJEMEN TALENTA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Karyawan PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Ulubelu)

Abstract

The design of this study is quantitative research, which purpose is to know the effect of talent management on employees’ performance of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy in Ulubelu area. This study is based on a previous study about the effect of talent management on employees’ performance. The sample for the data are 42 employees, taken based on total population sampling technique. The data instrument for this study is questionaire. The data analysis includes: descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, F and R² tests processed using SPSS version 22. The result of statistical testing shows that there are positive effects between talent management and employees’ performance which defined by a regression equation =14,011- 0,552 X. The significance 0,000 t table 1,692 indicates positive result for both variables . The coefficience (R Square) indicates 0,611 which means Performance variable was affected by Talent Management by 61.1%; while the rest was affected by other variables which are not going to be discussed in this study . АBSTRАK Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Area Ulubelu. Penelitian ini pun berdasarkan oleh teori yang telah ada yaitu teori mengenai pengaruh manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 42 karyawan, sampel tersebut diambil dengan metode sampling jenuh. Data diperoleh langsung dari responden menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji F dan R² yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil pengujian secara statistik menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dari manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk persamaan regresi . Nilai signifikansi 0,000 t tabel 1,692 menunjukan hasil yang positif untuk kedua variabel. Nilai koefisien ( R Square ) menunjukan angka 0,611 yang berarti variabel Kinerja dipengaruhi oleh variabel Manajemen Talenta sebesar 61,1% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
