Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, Dan Jenjang Karir Terhadap Turnover Intention Yang Dimediasi Oleh Motivasi Kerja Pada Toko Buku Gunung Agung Citraland Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Toko Buku Gunung Agung Citraland Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji koofisiendeterminasi, uji F dan Uji hipotesis. Hasil Pada variabel gaya kepemimpinan secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap motivasi. Pada variabel kompensasi secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap motivasi. Pada variabel pengembangan karir secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap motivasi. Pada variabel gaya kepemimpinan secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap turn overintetion.Pada variabel kompensasi secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap turn overintetion. Pada variabel pengembangan karir secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap turn overintetion. Pada variabel motivasi secara statistik berpengaruh terhadap turnover intetion..
