Research on the space design of wine cellar based on the function of cultural experience

Abstract

In order to promote wine culture further, it is necessary that some enlightenment on the cultural marketing of wine should be provided through the research and analysis of wine cellar space design based on the function of cultural experience. Through the analysis of the related factors on wine cellar based on cultural experience, the research object, market orientation, consumer group and geographical factors were clarified. Through the analysis of design factors on basic function of cellar, such as location, temperature, humidity, light, ventilation, vibration, place of wine cellar, wine rack and infrastructure, the function of storage and taste experience in wine cellar become clearer. While systematizing the functional conditions of the wine cellar, a comprehensive discussion on the influence of cultural and experiential activities on the space design was also made. Finally, the effect of five elements, such as the space form, color collocation, material use, cultural symbol and light design, on the function of style construction and cultural experience of wine cellar space are also put forward, combining with the spatial analysis of Beijing East red wine cellar, which provides a reference for the study of wine cellar' space design under the cultural experience function.
