DIGITALIZATION IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: REGULATORY LEGAL SUPPORT

Abstract

Представленная статья посвящена проблемам нормативного правового обеспечения процессов цифровизации в Российской Федерации. Автор отмечает, что цифровизация в России тесно связана с концепцией цифрового государства и цифровой экономики в России. Анализируются федеральные целевые программы, федеральные законы и иные нормативные правовые акты, обеспечивающие этот процесс. The presented article is devoted to the problems of normative legal support of digitalization processes in the Russian Federation. The author notes that digitalization in Russia is closely related to the concept of a digital state and digital economy in Russia. The Federal target programs, federal laws and other normative legal acts supporting this process are analyzed.
