The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between smartness, mobility, perceived usefulness, and related advantage. The goal is to find the right model to support the relative advantage of mobile payment e-wallet users. The research was conducted through a survey of mobile payment e-wallet users in Bandung (Indonesia). Data from users was obtained through an online quantitative questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS to test the model and to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study convey that the view of smartness and mobility of mobile payment users has a positive relationship with an increase in perceived usefulness. On the other hand, it was stated that the smartness and mobility of the users were able to increase the relative advantage. Another finding is that perceived usefulness can directly affect the positive increase in relative advantage. This study found a model of relative advantage for mobile payment, which needs to be supported by the mediation of perceived usefulness. Given the impact of perceived usefulness is greater when it becomes a mediation variable. There is important information in this study that can be used by mobile payment e-wallet service providers, where the relative advantage can be built through a mediation model of perceived usefulness.
