Employee Performance and Management Job Satisfaction and Organizational Behavior Healthcare Education and Workforce Issues

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, keterlibatan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen karyawan PT. Suprabakti Mandiri. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner melalui google form dengan jumlah sampel 60 responden. Kemudian data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan. Sedangkan, efikasi diri dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, work engagement, and job satisfaction on the commitment of employees of PT. Suprabakti Mandiri. Data were obtained through questionnaires via google form with a sample of 60 respondents. Then the data is processed using the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that work engagement does not have a significant effect on employee commitment. Meanwhile, self-efficacy and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee commitment.
