Abstract

This research sought to study the implementation of a formative intervention device with the objective of transform and understand the teaching work of French teachers at the Center for Language Studies of the State of São Paulo (CEL).The specific purposes of this thesis were: to implement a formative intervention device with this group of teachers in order to understand their work in this context, taking into account the educational system, teaching system and didactic system (BRONCKART, 2005); to understand and to characterize the work of these teachers, more specifically the difficulties and solutions they encounter; and to study longitudinally the possible professional development of these teachers during their participation in the device.The theoretical framework is based on a social interactionist paradigm (VYGOTSKI, 1930/
