Development of the internet allows web platforms to access through several devices (desktop, laptop, mobile, tablet, etc.) that are not limited to a specific group of people. Nowadays, people with disabilities access this platform frequently for a plethora of information which raises a question about the accessibility of web platforms. Providing a completely accessible web platform is important and at the same time, it is a challenging aspect. More specifically, implementation of all the requirements and accessibility guidelines is a challenging task for many web developers as it requires a high level of technical skill and accessibility knowledge. This paper presents an extensive approach for modeling the accessibility requirements of web applications by integrating domain and expert knowledge to simplify the web content accessibility guidelines 2.2. The proposed approach specifies the accessibility guidelines considering several requirements to provide a complete direction from the design to the testing phase of web application and web evaluation tool development. The developed approach might be helpful for web practitioners (web developers, designers, accessibility engineers, and researchers) to understand the guidelines and requirements that will lead the development process from the technical to the coding phase.
