Employee Development and its Effect on Employee Performance a Conceptual Framework Using Psychological Empowerment Link Based on CNN-DELM Approach

Abstract

The people that work for a firm are its greatest asset. The success or failure of the corporation is determined by the performance of its employees. This is why businesses are investing heavily in employee education and training programs. This system analyses the applicable theoretical framework and models to determine the effect of staff development on performance. The approach consists of three main steps: preprocessing, feature selection, and training the model. It used the preprocessing pattern to test data after obtaining it for training data. When choosing features, the latest Intensive Optimized PCA method is employed. It was the CNN-DELM model that the proposed approach used for training the model. In comparison to modern methods like CNN and ELM, this approach appears dated. A staggering $\mathbf{9 7 . 0 5 \%}$ accuracy percentage is revealed by the data, which is very remarkable.
