The study identified the characteristics essential for entrepreneurial success and intention, with a particular focus on understanding the moderating effects of entrepreneurial orientation. Entrepreneurial success is a complex interplay of personal attributes, environmental factors, and strategic behaviors. The investigation delves into the foundational traits such as passion, risk-taking propensity, innovativeness, and adaptability, which are commonly associated with successful entrepreneurs. Practical implications for educational programs, mentorship initiatives, and policy development are discussed to cultivate these characteristics in aspiring entrepreneurs. The study identified the task of age in shaping entrepreneurial orientation, considering how individuals at different life stages approach and engage in entrepreneurial activities. Entrepreneurial orientation, innovativeness, and risk-taking within an organizational or individual context, is explored as a dynamic factor that can either amplify or mitigate the impact of personal traits on entrepreneurial outcomes. The findings contributed to a deeper understanding of characteristics, age, and orientation. By recognizing the moderating effects of entrepreneurial orientation, policymakers, educators, and support networks can design targeted interventions to enhance the likelihood of entrepreneurial success and intention across diverse demographic groups.
