This study underscores the critical role of entrepreneurial education in improving the business performance of women entrepreneurs, with particular emphasis on the practical development of entrepreneurial competencies. Focusing on key skills such as opportunity recognition, risk management, and innovation, the research illustrates how well-designed educational programs directly enhance women’s capacity to grow and sustain their businesses. The findings provide actionable insights for policy makers, educators, and development agencies by highlighting the effectiveness of experiential learning approaches—such as mentorship, internships, and hands-on projects—in building real-world business capabilities. The study advocates for the design and implementation of targeted, gender-responsive training initiatives that address the specific challenges faced by women entrepreneurs. These efforts can not only foster more resilient and competitive women-led enterprises but also contribute meaningfully to inclusive economic growth and the long-term vitality of entrepreneurial ecosystems.
