This study investigates the impact of workplace recognition on employee motivation in the rapidly evolving e-commerce sector, particularly during pandemic conditions. Using a blockchain-based trust metric framework, we analyze data from 100 e-commerce professionals to evaluate motivation factors. Our findings reveal significant correlations between effective communication (r=0.65), recognition programs (r=0.58), and wellbeing support (r=0.67) with sustained employee motivation. The proposed digital assessment framework demonstrates 87% accuracy in predicting motivation levels based on organizational trust factors. Unlike traditional assessment methods, our blockchain-validated approach provides immutable verification of employee feedback while maintaining privacy. The model offers e-commerce organizations actionable insights for implementing recognition strategies that enhance productivity and retention in dynamic digital environments.
