Abstract

This article analyses the significance of training as a generating factor of human capital that allows the attainment of long term sustainable competitive advantage turned into greater rents. The general theoretical framework used in this study is the Resource Based View of the Firm. Initially, two hypothesis are prescribed that try to demonstrate from an universalistic approach, such relationship, to subsequently include the possible impact of the moderator strategy with the purpose of verifying if this could mean an improvement in the explanatory power of our model of analysis.
