Pädagogische Organisationsforschung — Eine Einführung

Abstract

Die Forderung nach einer pädagogischen Organisationsforschung ist eine notwendige Folge des pädagogischen Diskurses, der sich in den letzten Jahren um Fragen der Organisation und des organisationalen Lernens gebildet hat (vgl. Geißler 1994; 2000; Göhlich 1999; 2001; König/ Volmer 2000; Rosenbusch 1997; 2005) und sich unter der Bezeichnung „Organisationspädagogik“ als pädagogische Teildisziplin zu etablieren beginnt. Die vorliegende Einführung folgt der Aufgabe, Gegenstand und Methode pädagogischer Organisationsforschung zu klären.
