Abstract

本研究においては, 休日の都市間高速道路を対象とした利用予約制を適用し, 交通需要の発生を時間的に平準化することにより, 交通渋滞を軽減・解消する可能性を探った. サービスエリアにおけるSP調査に基づき, 予約条件, 利用者属性, およびトリップ属性を説明要因とする予約制選択モデルを構成した. このモデルと実際の交通渋滞の観測データとを組み合わせ, 数値シミュレーションにより予約制の効果を検証した. さらに, 予約動向に基づいて交通需要の発生状況を予測し, それを予約条件の設定や予約の受付・処理に反映させるフィードバックループを構築し, 交通需要の予測誤差が予約制の効果に及ぼす影響を数値シミュレーションにより検証した.
