Part 2 The content and structure of school development plans: school aims management structures and approaches curriculum and curriculum development staffing and staff development pupil welfare and pastoral care pupil roll and marketing physical resources financial resources monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. Part 3 Case study - details of two schools - one primary and one secondary: background information review existing provision in the school planning future developments in the school to establish the medium term context implementing the next academic years school development plan.
